Emotional support

     An NHS service offering a range of therapies for all over 17 and living in Berkshire.
     Self-help guides are also available on their website

    GP or anyone else

     The College gives people with mental health problems the chance to access education, workshops and training programmes, designed to help them on their road to recovery.
     Courses cover understanding different types of mental health issue, life skills and a range of creative courses
