Summer outings 2012

Dates  Tuesday 19th June  to the Look Out Bracknell

and Friday 22nd June to Waltham Organic Farm

Tuesday details Time Coach arrival 9. 15 a.m- 12.30 pm return to Twyford

Friday details Own transport for outing to start at 9.15a.m depart after picnic lunch 12.30p.m

This year we are  planning  two exciting summer outings for the children to take part in .  A coach will be available to get to Bracknell and parents are requested to use their own transport to get to Waltham Farm.   Pre-school will remain open on a reduced staffing for Friday children that are not attending the outing to Waltham. On the Tuesday we will need all the staff on the outing and so pre-school will be closed till 1.15p.m. Children returning from the outing on Tuesday that are booked in normally to both sessions  can stay at pre-school till 3.15p.m.  We will need parent volunteers to help on the outings and some staff will be available to take unaccompanied children for the morning.

There will be an additional charge of £6 to attend the outings to go towards the entrance fee.

A letter will invite your child to attend in the summer term and parents that would prefer their child not to attend,can opt out with the understanding the pre-school will be closed on Tuesday 19th June.

A reserve list will be held for children that do not attend pre-school on a Tuesday or a Friday.

(Maximum 35 children per venue).
